Art is a Gift is a site created for Free Arts Minnesota where viewers could customize their own baby qee (character) within this web application and submit it to a gallery. They could choose from one of five character types, colorize them and manipulate them to create their own. They could submit their creation to a gallery to view their creation along with other Qee’s that people have created.
